I moved from Colorado to Texas, and needed to store my household goods for a short-time. I went on line to research storeage facilities and after doing some research and reading reviews, I opted for this facility. I reserved the unit online and once I got there, realized I would need a larger unit. The manager, Bill had another unit and I was able to move my stuff right in. Bill was awesome, very patient considering I had driven over 24 hours and had reserved the unit only a couple of hours prior! The paperwork was seamless and didn't take but a few minutes! The facility is very clean, and secure.

I just got out of my lease I'm in the middle of closing on a contract to get a house but that's being delayed so needing to get out of my residency I packed up everything got in the truck and drove too close to the area the house and did not have storage planned and the guy at Texas Bear Creek storage let me in almost it midnight opened up a unit for me and got all the paperwork done in just a few minutes. Now all my belongings are safe and sound. Thanks to the nice Australian guy.

Our storage unit was less than $100 when we first signed up for a unit which was much cheaper than competitor units. Unfortunately, we did not think about how hot the unit would get during the Texas summer and some of our wooden furniture experienced melting of glued components which made the furniture fall apart. Also, you should consider only storing items in plastic containers as all of our boxes had a generous deposit of mouse scat in them.

I rent a small unit for a few lawn care items. I stop and pick these items up when I am on the way to do landscape jobs at Canyon Lake. I think for a small unit 5 X 8, what I pay it is a little high, but the location does have a security gate, a manager on site, easy in and out, and the location is clean. Manager also drives around to check the doors to see if there was an burglaries during the night.
